To be eligible to receive a free Marketing Lure analysis, you must accept the following Terms of Agreement:
  1. Only one piece of collateral material may be submitted per company, per year.
  2. Marketing Lure will choose one submission per month for analysis. Marketing Lure cannot guaranteee that your marketing collateral will be selected for review.
  3. By submitting your collateral, you agree to grant Marketing Lure the right to use your submitted material in any Marketing Lure educational and marketing material of their choosing. Marketing Lure agrees to hide company-identifying information in all collateral chosen for review.
  4. You further agree that you will not hold Marketing Lure, Inc. liable in any way, and fully understand that the tips and advice are meant for sharing/educational purposes only. Marketing Lure makes no claims or guarantees of success.
